Frequently asked questions

Are your inflatables safe and clean?
Absolutely! Our inflatables have been custom designed by the manufacturers to account for heavy, indoor use. Each inflatable goes through rigorous testing.  Each inflatable is anchored to provide extra stability. Every inflatable is cleaned and inspected.

Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables. Socks are available for purchase.

Is every guest required to sign a waiver?
Yes, every guest who enters our indoor play area must have a completed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. We have computer sign-in for all waivers.

Are there any age or height restrictions?
Yes. Children under 34 inches are NOT permitted in or on the equipment (unless supervised by an adult). Children over the age of 12 are not allowed to jump in the same unit along with younger children.

Will iBounce Party Place provide supervision in the play areas?
Yes, our staff provides supervision in the inflatable play areas to assist you.

Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
No. In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Amex. No personal checks.

What time should guests and host arrive at the party?
You and your guests should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check-in and safety instructions.

Will there be an iBounce Party Place staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes, a staff member will be available to assist you with set up, clean up, and any other needs.

Is a deposit required to reserve my party?
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

What food items may be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, or cookies, to your party. We’re sorry, but no ice-cream cakes or other outside food/drinks is permitted. We offer pizza/drinks and Chick-Fil-A trays for purchase. *YOU WILL INCUR A $100 FEE IF NON-PERMITTED/OUTSIDE FOOD IS SERVED AT YOUR PARTY.

Do you have a refrigerator for my cakes or drinks?
No. We cannot accommodate outside items in need of refrigeration.

When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We will contact you one day prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you will confirm your party package and have an opportunity to order food, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already. We finalize your party the day before, so no party package changes can be made on the day of your party.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.

Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No alcohol is permitted.

What if I need to reschedule my party?
We require AT LEAST 14 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE if you need to reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date. Failure to do so will result in you losing your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 48 hours of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).

Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party room with guests from other parties?
Your party is completely private 100% of the time. There will be no other parties taking place during your reserved time. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.

What if less or more kids show up on the day of the party, after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
Food orders are placed the night before and must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your party. Please plan for the possibility more guests may show up. Additional goodie bags may be purchased based on availability. Balloon orders must be completed 24 hours prior to your party.

Can we start in the party room?
No, our parties begin in the inflatable arena.

Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!

Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable area?
We’re sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable area.

What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
Parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we will be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the play area and, possibly, the party room.

How many guests can I invite?
Please refer to the Birthday Party section of the website for the designated guest count for your party package. There is a $10 + tax charge per additional guest over the Bold Blue 15, Royal Red 15 and Gallant Gold 15 party packages. You may not exceed 25 guests as our party room can accommodate up to 25 guests.

Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing iBounce goodie bags, you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons. We cannot inflate your balloons.

What assistance do you provide in the party room?
We prepare the room so it’s clean and ready for your group. We provide birthday themed table covers, plates, napkins, and forks. You may set up cake and gifts while your guests are playing in the play area (after all waivers have been completed). During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else. We will take care of clean up once your party is finished.

Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife and candles (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles and socks available for purchase.

Will the party room be available for us during our arena play time?
Only adults are permitted in the party room while setting up cake, decorations, and gifts. Children will only be allowed in the party room during the specified time- after their time in the play area.

Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena?
Guests may not re-enter the inflatable area. We will begin cleaning and preparation for the next scheduled party while your guests are in the party room. At the end of your specified play time jumpers will put on shoes and be directed to the party room for the remainder of your party time.

What are the beverages you offer in the party room?
Bottled water and juice pouches are available.

What kind of drinks can I bring?
Water. No other drinks can be brought in. We have drinking fountains and offer bottled water and juice pouches for purchase.

Do you provide ice for drinks?
No, but our drinks are cold.

How much pizza should I order for the adults and what about their drinks?
We recommend one large pizza for every six adults. You may also purchase additional drinks (bottled water and juice pouches) from us.

What is the price of the other food options?

Do you offer any other food besides pizza?
Yes! We also offer Chick-Fil-A trays. Please refer to the birthday party food tab for a complete pricing.

What additional items are available for purchase?
We can provide you with goodie bags, balloons, pizza, Chick-Fil-A and t-shirts. (Additional charges apply).

What if there is inclement weather the day of our party?
In the event of inclement weather we will work with you to agree on a sensible approach, taking into account the current weather conditions. If we agree to reschedule the event, we will work with you to find a new date that's within three (3) months of the original date. The new reservation must be made within one (1) week of the original party date.

Is there an additional charge for parents, siblings, and/or care-givers?
There is no additional charge for parents or adults 18 and over. All children are charged admission.

Do I need to stay with my child during the Open Play session
Yes, our Open Play sessions are not drop-off events. A parent/guardian must remain at the facility with children.
